FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If recalling your online banking password is a problem, please follow the guideline below to reset it:
Step 1- In homepage, click Forgot your password? link shown here
Step 2- Please provide your Login ID, then click Forgot Your Password? link
Step 3- Click Click here to receive a new password link shown below to change your current password to a new, temporary, one-time password. The password will be sent to the email address in the bank records for you.
Once you receive the email, you may login and change the temporary password to a permanent password of your choosing.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have an account with Tompkins Trust Company, please follow the steps outlined here to enroll for a personal online banking service:
Step 1- In homepage, click the shown button in Enroll in Internet Banking section to begin the enrollment process
Step 2- Please provide your Account Number in Personal Internet Banking Enrollment form, then click Continue
Once the system approves your account number, you will be able to setup your online banking credentials.
