FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you have problems recalling your online banking password, please follow the simple guide below to reset it:
Step 1- Login using your First Online Banking ID and when requested to provide your First Online Banking Password, click Reset Password link to begin the reset process
Step 2- Please enter your First Online Banking ID, E-mail Address and E-mail Subject, then click Continue
The system will email you details on how you can proceed with the password-reset process.
HOW TO ENROLL
To access online banking service, you must be an account holder in the bank. Follow the simple steps shown below to enroll:
Step 1- In the homepage, click Apply link to initiate the enrollment
Step 2- Scroll down and click Online Banking Application link to proceed
Step 3- Please review the Electronic Records Disclosure and Agreement carefully and I Accept button at the end of the Disclosure and Agreement to continue enrollment
Step 4- Review The First, N.A. customer online access agreement, then click I Accept
Step 5- Please provide your personal and account details, then click Submit Application at the bottom of the page
If the system approves your details, you will be able to set your online banking account.
