FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
As a valid Online Banking customer in Southwind Bank, you can reset your forgotten password by following these steps:
Step 1- To reset your password, in the homepage, click the Forgot Password link
Step 2- In the opened page, enter your Login ID and tick Forgot Password? checkbox then click Login
The bank will take you through the remaining steps to reset your password
HOW TO ENROLL
Only Southwind Bank customers are allowed to enroll for the online banking service. Please follow these steps to enroll for the service:
Step 1- In the Online Banking section within the bank’s homepage, click the Enroll link
Step 2- Correctly fill in the requested information in the Southwind Bank Personal Online Banking Enrollment Form, then click Submit Enrollment
The bank will review your information before creating your online banking account
