FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your online banking password, consider the steps outlined below to reset it:
Step 1- In the login page, click Forget Your Password? link
Step 2- Provide your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and email address then click Submit
After your credentials are approved, you will receive a new password via your online banking email address.
HOW TO ENROLL
Any account holder at Southern Community Bank can enroll for the online banking service through the simple enrollment steps outlined below:
Step 1- In homepage, hover cursor over the Personal tab, then click Online Services
Step 2- Click the Online Banking > link
Step 3- Click ENROLL in the Online Banking page to access the online banking form
Step 4- Print the Out Online Banking Enrollment Form, Deliver to Southern Community Bank Office or Fax to Southern Community Bank, Operations Dept. 931-393-2056 or Mail to: Southern Community Bank, Operations Dept. P.O. Box 850, Tullahoma, TN 37388
After the bank approves your account details, you will be notified once your acount is set up.
