FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?

Step 1 – Log in using your Access ID and when prompted to enter a password click Reset/Unlock Password link
Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of your SSN and email address on file then submit.
Your credentials will be run in the bank database to verify whether you are the owner of the account. Once your details are verified an email will be send a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a checking or savings account in Solvay bank you can follow the steps below to enroll in online banking platform.
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, please click Enroll Now link
Step 2 – Review the Online Banking Agreement then click I Agree at the bottom
Step 3 – Fill in all the fields of the First Time Authentication form, set account type as checking then click Submit.
The bank will verify the details you have and upon approval allow you to finalize the enrollment process by setting up your login credentials.
