FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
If you forget your password, do not worry. SmartBank online banking system allows you to self-reset your forgotten password online. See the guide below for help
Step 1 – In the login page, click ‘Reset your password’ link
Step 2 – Enter your Username, Social Security number or Tax ID number and your account number then click Continue.
If the details you have provided matches those in the file, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Use it to log in and set a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a checking or savings account with the bank, you are eligible to enjoy the online banking services. Consider the guide below to help you enroll in the online banking.
Step 1 – In the homepage, please click Enroll here link
Step 2 – Select your account type by clicking Personal Enrollment button.
Step 3 – Fill in all the fields correctly and select your account type then click Continue enrollment.
The online banking system will use the details you have provided to verify your information. Once processed you will receive a welcome email to alert you that your enrollment was a success.
